Karan Danda

Founding Partner

Karan has his Master’s degree in Architecture from GSAAP, Columbia University, New York and his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Sir JJ College of Architecture, University of Mumbai. He has worked with award winning firms like Mindspace Architects and Planet 3 Studios. He has also worked internationally at HOK, New York where he worked on the LaGuardia Airport Terminal Redesign.

Karan’s idea of Architecture is to create spaces which form seamlessly blended environmental sequences. His Journey in Architecture has ranged from designing and implementing micro scaled projects to large Institutional Buildings. He is largely influenced by the works of Charles Correa with whom he shares his birthday.

“ Often I start sketching a section while listening to music during travels. The mind is constantly observing and analysing, looking for an outlet to express your innermost creative passions, be it in the form of Architecture, Art, Music and Dialogue. All of these expressions invariably contribute to a holistic Designed Space. ”

Karan is also an Associate Professor at Academy of Architecture where he teaches various design disciplines and Construction Technology. He believes in sharing the knowledge gathered through years of experience with the future generations and to creating a better environment for Architecture Professionals.

Esha Tipnis

Founding Partner

From the get-go, Esha has believed in multi-disciplinary design aspects coming together to give a holistic product. Architecture, according to her, should invoke experiences, create memories and bring to you comfort and ease of living.

“I am obsessed with crispy vectors, and quirky fabrics.
Architecture is my happy place, and Detail in any design discipline is engaging.
‘Desaturated’ is my flavour of a lifetime, and ‘pastels’ are my guilty pleasure.
I hope to devote my life to designing vernacular and contextual architecture.”

Esha is also an Associate professor at Academy of Architecture where she teaches various design disciplines. Esha enjoys shaping up the minds of budding architects by engaging in design dialogues, sharing her experiences and encouraging experimentation and exploration.
